Larenz Tate & Erica Ash Host 2018 Trumpet Awards.. Celeb Walk Red Carpet (Video)

The Bounce Trumpet Awards were held on Saturday , January 20th in Atlanta, Ga. The awards are designed to celebrate African American leaders who have been paving the way and making an impact to those around those around them. The red carpet featured many celebrities from those in comedy, television and music. Some recognizable names that graced the carpet were Gary ‘G Thang’ Johnson, Omar Gooding, Singer Demetria, Judge Mablean, and of course the hosts for the night Larenz Tate (Power) and Erica Ash (Survivors Remorse.) Major milestones were made, as awards such as the “Rising Star Award” was given to actress Rhyon Brown, the “Music Innovation Award” was given to Jermaine Dupri and Tamika Mallory received the “Impact Awards.” The awards will premiere on Bounce on February 11th at 9/8c.
